➤ How are your items made?
Everything is designed, printed, and pressed by me, in-house! I don’t outsource production or ship blanks off to a third party. Each piece is made with intention, care, and a lot of hands-on work, which means no two runs are ever perfectly identical — and that’s part of the charm!
➤ Are items made to order?
Most items are made to order unless noted otherwise. This helps avoid overproduction and allows me to offer more customization options. Because of that, production happens after your order is placed.
➤ What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround varies by item and season, but most orders ship within the timeframe listed on the product page. Custom orders and bulk orders may take a little longer, and timing will always be communicated clearly before anything moves forward.

➤ Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! Customization is kind of my thing.
From names and colors to fully custom concepts, you can submit a request through the Customizations page. I review each request personally and follow up with next steps, timing, and pricing.
Please note: custom items include design time and are final sale.
➤ Can I request changes or edits after ordering?
If you need to adjust something small, reach out as soon as possible. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. For custom orders, mockups are provided when needed so everything is approved before making begins.
➤ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most items are made to order or customized, all sales are final.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
➤ How should I care for my items?
Care instructions vary by product, but general best practices include gentle washing, cold water, and avoiding high heat. Specific care details can be found on individual product pages or included with your order.
➤ Do colors and designs look exactly the same every time?
I do my best to keep everything consistent, but slight variations can happen due to screen differences, material textures, and the handmade process. These small differences are normal and expected with in-house production.
➤ Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! Wholesale and bulk options are available for boutiques, events, teams, and organizations. Visit the Wholesale page to learn more or request access.
